Quality Supervisor (6-8K)
Job Description:
1. Responsible for product quality inspection, manufacturing supervision, and progress control, and providing various records during the production process;
2. Responsible for promptly identifying and resolving quality issues during the production process; Conduct investigation and analysis of quality accidents and write quality accident investigation reports;
3. Responsible for managing the overall work of the quality department and handling relevant quality affairs within the scope of authority;
4. Develop a comprehensive quality management manual, establish quality inspection standards, and organize quality personnel to implement them;
5. Organize quality department personnel to complete quality certification work;

Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering;
2. 3 years of SQE related work experience in the automotive parts industry, familiar with the quality management system of the automotive industry (IATF16949, VDA6, 1/6, 3/6, 5), and proficient in 5 quality management tools;
3. Proficient in using measuring instruments and inspection processes;
4. Familiar with and proficient in IATF16949 system documents.
Quality Engineer (4-5K)
Job Description
1. Responsible for preparing quality inspection technology management and guiding operational documents, guiding quality inspection work, and implementing standardized management;
2. Responsible for internal and external product quality control, handling sudden and batch quality issues;
3. Responsible for analyzing quality trends (such as changes in CPK, warning of control charts, etc.) and reporting to relevant departments;
4. Responsible for the statistics, analysis, and disposal of quality issues for the current month (DPPM, RPPM, RTY, corrective and preventive measures, 8D);
5. Develop annual supplier quality objectives and monitor supplier quality performance;
6. Can independently complete internal audits of the company, assist the Quality Department Director in completing external audits, track and verify corrective measures for non conformities in audits, and write audit reports.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering;
2. 2 years of SQE related work experience in the automotive parts industry, familiar with the quality management system of the automotive industry (IATF16949, VDA6, 1/6, 3/6, 5), and proficient in 5 quality management tools;

Technical Engineer (4-5K)
Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the early introduction of new projects;
2. Lead data review, digest product drawings and customer technical requirements, output a list of special product characteristics, and implement it in the control plan;
3. Guide the preparation of factory operation manuals, update product BOM tables, and provide training;
4. Lead the follow-up, resolution, and verification of product issues during the development process;
5. Lead the loading process and follow up on any issues;
6. Handmade trial production of samples and submission for customer acceptance;
7. Implement engineering changes based on customer or internal feedback;
8. Complete the organization of stage data and rectify any quality issues identified during the stage;
9. Assist the project manager in formulating and tracking the procurement plan for raw materials at the project development stage;
10. Planning of development process technology, planning of technical requirements for process equipment, etc;
11. Participate in project transfer factory trial production work assistance and mass production.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering, materials or related fields;

Cost Accounting (4-6 K)
1. Organize and lead the company's financial management, cost management, budget management, accounting, accounting supervision, audit supervision, inventory control, and other related work, strengthen the company's economic management, and improve economic efficiency;
2. Participate in the formulation of the company's annual and quarterly budget adjustments, summarize and review monthly budgets submitted by subordinate departments, convene and preside over monthly budget analysis and balance meetings of the company;
3. Responsible for organizing and implementing important internal audit activities;
4. Master the company's financial status, operating results, and changes in funds, and report work progress to the general manager and chairman in a timely manner;
5. Organize the implementation of relevant national financial laws, regulations, guidelines, policies, and systems to ensure the legitimate operation of the company and safeguard the rights and interests of shareholders;
6. Approve the operation of withdrawing cash from the bank according to regulations;
7. Job responsibilities:
1. Establish a foreign trade team to develop foreign markets;

Welding team leader (3-6K)
Job responsibilities:
